These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Call Catcher, a Kaytech Inc product ("Call Catcher," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, using our AI voice demo, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Call Catcher provides AI voice agent services that can answer and make calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and send call summaries on behalf of businesses. Features, availability, and pricing may change over time.
You may try our service by calling our AI demo line or speaking with our agent in your browser. During the demo, our AI may offer to send you a one-time text message summarizing the call.
By agreeing to receive the summary during the call, you consent to receive that SMS at the phone number you called from. These are informational messages only. Message frequency is limited to your demo summary, and message and data rates may apply.
You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We will not use your phone number to send marketing calls or texts, and we will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The services, including all software, content, branding, and the Call Catcher name and logo, are owned by Kaytech Inc and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Catcher and Kaytech Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Catcher and Kaytech Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
